Filippo and Nicola, two different personalities, two different ways to orient their own life but, one unique passion, their love of sharing wine. Two overlapping work experiences that are oriented in unison towards a main objective, our mission and project which is producing wine, a result of this human idea to transform what nature gives us: grape.

Out of the box, in counter-trend but linked to the beauty of sharing a good sip of wine; we wanted to unite the wisdom of the wine-making of some vineyards of our country, Sicily. We wanted to do it, getting all together, their radiance, their mineral notes, their perfumes, protecting them in a bottle which becomes unique as a consequence.

An whole wine to discover, a question mark where we want to start a path of drinkability; who lead to the satisfaction and sharing of the table in a mood of happiness and good company. Where we have not got the simple gesture of opening a bottle of wine, but the fervent interest to transform this question mark into an exclamation mark for its single drinkability, for its complex perfumes, for its elegance.

This is our mission! Out of the box, out of the standardisation of indications linked only to the taste of whomever admires wine in all its harmony marked by friendship.

It will be an INITIUM in white, all to be written, and in red as well, all to be remembered, for the simple complexity of its pleasantness.

If philosophy becomes real life over time, our philosophy and mission will become the pleasantness of our wine over the years.
